We're on a mission to unlock smarter report writing for clinicians
ABAlytic provides the AI-powered data-analysis and report writing software platform for applied behavior analysis (ABA) practices.
A platform built in a clinic, not a boardroom.
Our cofounder, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with doctoral training, spent years watching her colleagues stay late and skip weekends — not to deliver care, but to write about it. Progress reports that should have taken two hours were taking eight, and the bottleneck was always the same: synthesizing weeks of session data into clinically sound prose.
She partnered with a senior engineer with a background in AI and cybersecurity to build the tool she wished she had. The first version ran on her laptop and served two BCBAs. The second served a clinic. Today, ABAlytic supports practices across the country — and every feature we ship still gets pressure-tested by working clinicians before it reaches a customer.
We don't build software for BCBAs. We build software with them.
Clinicians and engineers, side by side.
Our core team brings together deep clinical expertise and serious technical chops — a BCBA with doctoral training leading clinical direction alongside a senior AI and cybersecurity engineer.
Three commitments we make on every release.
- 01
Neurodiversity is a starting point, not a footnote.
We design for a strengths-based, neuroaffirming model of care. Reports, prompts, and defaults are built to respect autonomy, dignity, and individual goals — not to flatten clients into deficit narratives.
- 02
Automate the work, not the judgment.
AI handles data synthesis, formatting, citations, and the parts of report writing that don't require clinical reasoning. The clinician owns every claim, every recommendation, every signature. We've drawn that line on purpose and we don't move it.
- 03
Built with practitioners, in the open.
Every feature is co-designed with practicing BCBAs and RBTs. We publish our prompts. We publish our evals. If a clinician can't trace why the model said what it said, it doesn't ship.
